For patients who wish to use their out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Clients are advised to contact their health insurance carrier to determine out of network coverage.

Fees for Out-of-Network/Self-Pay:

 

• 15 minute appointment- $45

• 30 minute appointment $80

• 45 minute appointment $120

• 60 minutes appointment $175

 

 

 Please Note: For out-of-network and private pay clients, we accept cash, debit cards, major credit cards. Prescriptions for medications are still directly covered as usual as per each individual's health insurance policy for both out-of-network and private pay.
